Effective sterilization function of clean workbench

     The purification workbench is designed to adapt to the cleanliness requirements of local work areas in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, optoelectronics, modern industry, and scientific research and testing. Its sterilization function is mainly closely related to ultraviolet lamps.
     When using a clean workbench, you should turn on the machine 40 minutes in advance and turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp to treat the microorganisms covering the surface of the work area. After 30 minutes, you can turn off the germicidal lamp and turn on the fan.
     Precautions:
     1. When the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is turned on on the clean workbench, the fluorescent lamp in the work area cannot be turned on, because light has a resurrection effect. If light is given during the ultraviolet sterilization process, the survival rate of cells exposed to the ultraviolet lamp will be greatly increased.
     2. The ultraviolet lamp should avoid being turned on simultaneously with the fan. Although the fan is good for removing bacteria, it is not conducive to the use of ozone by the ultraviolet lamp for sterilization. Therefore, during the experiment, you should first turn on the ultraviolet lamp for sterilization, wait 15 to 20 minutes before turning on the fan, and clean the work area. When starting work, be sure to turn off the ultraviolet lamp, otherwise, it will cause burns to the eyes and skin of the experimenter.
     3. After the operation is completed, the clean workbench needs to be cleaned, collect all waste generated, turn off the fans and lighting switches, and wipe it with detergent and disinfectant.
     4. Finally, open the clean workbench and use ultraviolet light for irradiation and disinfection. After 30 minutes, turn off the ultraviolet light and cut off the power supply.
