Dust particle detection method

I. Test method: Dust particle counting scanning patrol method.

IV. Detection principle: According to the principle that floating particles scatter the light flux proportional to their particle size under a certain intensity of light, the scattered light of particles is converted into an electric signal by photoelectricity, and after certain amplification and processing, the equivalent diameter of particles and the corresponding number of particles are displayed.
 

V. Detection steps

1. Scan the embedded wind side of the filter with the dust particle counter sampling head, about 2cm away from the equipment when sampling, and detect along the inner frame of the equipment, paying attention to the scanning speed should be less than 5cm/s.

2. When the detection period is 10min, the number of 0.5um particles >20, then if the alarm is issued, it means that the equipment is leaking and needs to be repaired or replaced in time.

3. After plugging the leak with epoxy resin adhesive or tightening the bolt, then scan.
 

VI. Detection cycle

1. Under normal conditions, it is generally tested once every quarter.

2. Newly installed high-efficiency filters should be tested before use.
 

VII. Notes

1. Although the method of scanning with a dust particle counter takes longer, the price of the testing equipment is lower, and it is the common testing equipment used by many enterprises, without the hidden danger of safety.
