The main reason is that the manually set time cannot fully guarantee the accurate cleaning time of the filter. If the set time interval is too long, the resistance of the equipment will be too large and the air circulation will be reduced; if the set time interval is too short, the running resistance is not very high, and the cleaning efficiency is naturally not very good. If this continues for a long time, it will affect the life of the filter.
3. Constant pressure cleaning
For now, the constant pressure cleaning method is the most appropriate one, and it is also the most commonly used mode in mid- and high-end purification equipment, and it is also the most economical and effective. The fundamental purpose of using these devices is to reasonably control and stabilize the pressure difference, and the constant pressure cleaning method is mainly to control the time of cleaning the filter according to the pressure difference of the equipment. If the dust on the equipment accumulates more and more, the resistance will also increase. When this resistance reaches the critical point, the equipment will start to clean automatically.
