At this time, the high-efficiency filter needs to be replaced. Depending on the cleanliness of the environment, the filter material in the primary filter needs to be disassembled and cleaned regularly every three months to six months. Generally speaking, a new main filter needs to be replaced within two years. When replacing the filter, you need to open the pre-filter on the top of the air blower, and then remove the fan plate. Do not pay attention to the direction of the arrow when replacing it. The direction of the arrow indicates the direction of laminar flow. The electrical part is installed on the right side of the box. If an electrical fault occurs, it can be repaired according to the electrical schematic and electrical wiring diagram. In addition, after replacing the filter on the ultra-clean workbench, it needs to be checked with a dust detector. Check whether the sealing of the surrounding area is good, and then adjust the voltage of the fan to keep the average wind speed in the working area at 0.4 meters per second, plus or minus 20%. |
