I. Technical characteristics of high-efficiency filter

II. Installation requirements of high-efficiency filter

1、The specification of the equipment should be chosen to match the installation pipeline. If the flow of the equipment cannot meet the demand of the pipeline, two or more filters can be installed in parallel;

2、The equipment should be installed in the place that needs extra protection in the system as far as possible, preferably in the position near the pressure source;

3、The equipment should be installed in series and a check valve should be installed at the outlet of the equipment where backflow is likely to occur;

4、It should be noted that the temperature of the water flowing through the filter should not exceed the temperature to which it is adapted;

5、The site where the equipment is installed should have a three-phase 380V frequency alternating current, and the drainage pipe should not exceed 5m;

6、Pay attention to the precision of filtration, and be careful with the timing control type of equipment;

7、Pay attention to the installation environment, waterproof, rainproof, and moisture-proof.

III. Workflow of high-efficiency filter

1、The sewage to be filtered enters the center of the fine mesh from the inlet of the equipment;

2、Through the fine mesh from the inside into the outlet;

3、The pollutants in it gather on the inner surface of the fine mesh and form a filter cake;

4、Once the differential pressure of the equipment exceeds a certain value, the equipment will automatically open the cleaning valve and start cleaning.
