Although many clean rooms will now choose non-spacer high-efficiency filters with large effective filtration areas and small sizes for FFU fan filtration units, the spacer high-efficiency filters have not yet been eliminated by the market and enterprises. The design of the partition can effectively prevent the filter media from breaking due to high ambient temperature, which greatly increases the service life of the high-temperature filter. At present, a high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter with partition is widely used in the purification system of high-temperature working environments with air purification requirements.

For high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters, although we have a full understanding of its working principle, taking into account that a part of the people for the application of high-temperature resistant filter features and materials are not very well understood, we will carefully do a comprehensive understanding of high-temperature resistant filters today.

High-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters use a spacer-type design to maximize the use of filter media. Under the minimum resistance, the corrugated spacer can accurately maintain the pleated layer spacing, so that the end of the spacer is opened into a wedge-shaped box pleated layer, to ensure that the high-temperature resistant filter is robust and durable.

For the main performance characteristics of high-temperature resistant filters are mainly expressed in the following aspects:

1. Each filter is treated with anti-volatile treatment and strictly tested.

2. Special glass fiber filter paper is used as filter material.

3. Stainless steel outer frame with special temperature-resistant sealing material is made, with a temperature resistance of about 250℃.

4. There are various efficiency specifications from H10 to H14 to meet different requirements, which can be selected and adjusted at will.

5. Special folding equipment for folding.

6. Special aluminum foil spacer material.
