Definition and working principle of high-temperature resistant folding filter

A high-temperature resistant folding filter is a special equipment for high-efficiency filtration in high-temperature environments. It is mainly used to filter tar, soot, dust, and other particulate matter generated in places such as high-temperature sterilization tunnels or high-temperature drying rooms in pharmaceutical factories.
Its working principle is based on unique filter material and exquisite structural design. In terms of filter material, it is usually folded with galvanized wire mesh or stainless steel mesh or made of imported long glass fiber in a non-woven way. These filter materials have good high-temperature resistance and filtering effect.
In terms of structure, the folding design increases the filtering area, allowing the filter to accommodate more filter material in the same volume, thereby improving the filtering efficiency. At the same time, the filter is reinforced with a galvanized grid, galvanized diamond mesh, stainless steel grid, etc. to ensure normal operation in a large air volume environment.
For example, the filter material of the flat high-temperature resistant filter is laid flat in the filter, and a 40-120 mesh metal guard is used on both sides and then supported by a large square grid, which effectively ensures the stability of the filter material and the filtering effect. The folded high-temperature resistant filter achieves high-efficiency filtration under large air volumes by folding and reinforcing the filter material.
This special combination of filter material and structure enables the high-temperature resistant folded filter to operate stably in a high-temperature environment, effectively intercepting and filtering impurity particles in the air, and providing clean air for the production environment.
