Daily maintenance and care

(I) Cleaning points
After finishing work every day, wipe the table with gauze soaked in cleaning solution, and then disinfect with disinfectant.
Regularly (weekly recommended) use a water solution without sodium, potassium, ammonia, iron, copper, and nickel, and use a wet mop or rag to clean the room floor.
Doors, door frames, and thresholds need to be cleaned regularly (monthly) with pre-soaked wiping cloths.
It is strictly forbidden to use cleaning agents with chemical components such as acids and alkalis to prevent damage to the surface material of the workbench.
(II) Filter replacement cycle
The primary filter is generally replaced every 3-6 months, depending on the use environment and dust accumulation.
High-efficiency filters usually need to be replaced after 1-2 years of use. If the final resistance is reached (initial resistance is about 200PA, final resistance is about 400-450PA) through the self-contained differential pressure gauge or differential pressure gauge, or the particles measured by the particle counter exceed the standard, it should be replaced in time.
(III) Fan inspection points
Regularly (quarterly) check whether the fan is operating normally and whether there is any abnormal sound.
If the fan does not operate normally, stop using it immediately and contact a professional for repair or replacement.
(IV) Other maintenance matters
Measure the wind speed in the work area with an anemometer regularly (every two months). If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the fan power supply voltage.
Use an anemometer to measure the uniform wind speed in the work area in mid-spring every year. If it does not meet the technical standards, adjust the voltage regulator handle to change the fan input voltage.
Every time you use the clean bench, turn on the ultraviolet light irradiation disinfection 50 minutes in advance.
After the operation, clean the work surface, collect waste, turn off the fan and lighting switches, and wipe and disinfect with detergent and disinfectant.
