Customized advantages of clean room high-efficiency filters

We often encounter customers asking whether they can customize high-efficiency filters. First of all, the editor will help you to understand what a clean room high-efficiency filter is and what its advantages are in use.
Cleanroom high-efficiency filters H10-H14 and U15-U17 are commonly found in air purifiers in the H class. Heaps of this size are all high-efficiency or sub-high-efficiency filters, and the H class is recognized as better, H13- Among the 14 filters, the H13 grade hepa filter can achieve a total efficiency of 99.95%. The total efficiency of the H14 grade HEPA filter can reach 99.995%. Of course, the purification level of HEPA filters in European standards is U level, and the overall purification efficiency of the better U17 level HEPA filters can even reach 99.997%. However, the production cost of the U-class Hepa filter is high and the production environment is very demanding.
HEPA stands for high-efficiency microparticle capture capability. In short, products with this label effectively capture fine particles, including dust, dander, pollen, and other common allergens. HEPA filter equipment is equipped with high-density filters that capture airborne particles and prevent them from re-entering the environment.
However, many companies also place HEPA-related terminology labels on products that do not meet the standards, which misleads consumers and pretends to be genuine HEPA air filters.
Clean room high-efficiency filters are mainly composed of ultra-fine glass fiber paper or ultra-fine polypropylene fiber paper, non-woven fabrics, hot melt adhesive, sealant, and outer frame materials. Among them, glass fiber paper is made of glass fibers of various thicknesses and lengths through special processes. It has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, good wind speed uniformity, and long service life.
