Comparison between gel seal HEPA filter and other filters

Comparison between gel seal HEPA filter and other filters

(i) Appearance
The liquid tank air filter has an additional liquid tank edge compared to the ordinary non-partition filter, and the overall structure is more complex. The ordinary non-partition filter is relatively simple and does not have a liquid tank edge design.
(ii) Filtration area
Under the same size, the liquid tank air filter has a smaller filtration area than the ordinary non-partition filter due to the liquid tank edges on all sides. For example, the effective filtration area of a liquid tank filter of common size may be reduced by about [X]% compared to the non-partition filter.
(iii) Installation and sealing
Ordinary non-partition filters are usually sealed to the box body through sealing strips on the air inlet or outlet surface. The liquid tank air filter uses liquid tank glue to seal the edge of the liquid tank. This sealing method is more rigorous and can effectively prevent the leakage of unfiltered air, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the filtration.
