Common troubleshooting methods for delivery of windows

The transfer window is a purification equipment installed in the clean room. There will be many faults in the transfer window during installation and operation. As long as the faults are solved in time, it can be used normally. According to the different properties of the transfer windows of different types of purification workshops, the faults that may occur during debugging or long-term use are different. Most pass window faults can be solved with some simple methods. In this article, Bailun Purification will share some common pass window troubleshooting methods to help you quickly solve the problem and restore the normal function of the pass window.

1. The transfer window does not work properly. The first step is to check whether the power is on. After powering on, press and hold the "power button" for 2 seconds. If there is no response, please confirm whether there is an external 220V power supply and whether the voltage is normal. If the external power supply is normal, professionals need to check whether the connection cables between the internal display panel and the output board are normal. If the internal connection lines are normal, the communication circuit on the control board is faulty.

2. During use, it was found that all key operations were invalid. The alarm icon on the display panel flashes and the buzzer emits a rapid "beep" sound, indicating that there is a communication failure, internal wiring problem, or controller failure. The electrical control panel is located in the box under the transfer window (inside the side panel with interlocking edges) and can be easily maintained by removing the cover. If the operation is chaotic, please check whether the parameter settings are correct. For parameter setting methods, please refer to the parameter setting/viewing steps.

3. The wind speed of the transfer window becomes smaller. First, check whether the surface of the pre-filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter contains more dust and the resistance increases. That is, the non-woven fabric of the pre-filter should be removed for cleaning or replacement. When the wind speed cannot be increased after cleaning or replacement, it means that the resistance of the high-efficiency filter has increased. At this time, the air volume button can be adjusted to increase the fan air volume, thereby increasing the air supply surface wind speed. (Based on actual usage, the filter material in the primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly. The cleaning cycle is 3 to 6 months).

4. The high-efficiency filter is clogged. When the air volume adjustment button is adjusted to the maximum but the wind speed still cannot increase, the wind speed is lower than 0.2m/s, or the final resistance on the pressure difference gauge is greater than 1.5-2 times the initial resistance, it means that the HEPA high-efficiency filter has been completely blocked. Must be replaced. When replacing the HEPA high-efficiency filter, pay attention to whether the model is correct, ensure that the arrow mark points to the direction of airflow, confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and conduct system inspections promptly. Normal operation can only be carried out after reaching technical specifications.

5. Transfer window interlock failure. Mechanical interlocking generally has two situations: the interlocking hook is deformed due to the pulling of external force, causing the door of the transfer window to fail to close or open. You can try to use pliers to align the hook with the door buckle and align it; If there is a problem with the two internal hook springs, such as breakage, aging, etc., you can open the transfer window access door, find the springs, and replace them. There are three types of electronic interlocking: the door magnet or switch is damaged, the electronic lock system is damaged, and the intermediate relay or power supply is damaged. The corresponding spare parts must be replaced for the above three faults.

6. The ultraviolet lamp does not light up. Have a professional electrician use a multimeter to check whether the UV lamp is in poor contact, and then rotate the interface. If it does not light up, it means it has aged after long-term use. It needs to be replaced by the manufacturer.

7. The window glass becomes blurred or stained. Use glass cleaner and a clean cloth to avoid leaving residue.

8. There is noise or vibration in the transmission window. It may be caused by unstable installation of the transfer window, wear of internal parts, or other failures. You can check whether the transfer window is installed correctly and make sure the screws are tight. You can contact the installer or professional maintenance personnel for assistance in repair.

In short, when encountering a transmission window failure, you can repair the transmission window failure through the above inspections or contact professionals and restore it to normal operation. It should be noted that the replacement parts should be consistent with the equipment itself, and components should be used as much as possible. Regular maintenance of equipment can reduce the occurrence of malfunctions.
