Cleaning protocols for high efficiency filters

The cleaning and replacement procedures of the HEPA filter outlet ensure that the cleanliness level of the air in the clean room (area) meets the requirements or that the airflow speed of the laminar flow hood meets the regulations.

What are the contents of the cleaning and replacement operation of the HEPA filter?
1) When the airflow speed of the high-efficiency filter drops to a very low limit or the air volume is 70% of the original air volume, replace the primary and secondary filters and adjust the static pressure box air volume adjustment valve still not effective, it should be replaced.

2) Must be replaced when the workshop stops production and the air conditioning purification unit stops running.

3) After the replacement of a high-efficiency filter, it can be put into use only after the leakage is picked up and qualified.

4) Cleaning of high-efficiency filter bulkhead: loosen the screws of the high-efficiency filter bulkhead, remove the bulkhead, wipe the bulkhead clean, and install it back to its original position.

5) Maintenance of high-efficiency filter: When the dust particle count detection fails, confirm that it is caused by the leakage of the high-efficiency filter, operate according to the operating procedures, and find out the leakage point. If the border is leaking, tighten the fixing screws. If the filter surface is leaking, seal the leaking point with sealant. If there are too many leaking points that cannot be repaired, the filter should be replaced.

6) When replacing, remove the diffuser plate, loosen the fastening nut, remove the original high-efficiency filter, put the new high-efficiency filter on, tighten the nut, and put on the diffuser plate.

7) Record: Fill in the air conditioning filter cleaning and replacement record.
