Cleaning and replacement of primary and medium efficiency air filtersPrepare the detergents: washing powder, and detergent.Prepare a bucket for rinsing and an iron. Close the doors and windows of the machine room to avoid dust entering the air ducts. Carefully remove the air filter cloth from the filter. Place in the rinse bucket and rinse twice with domestic drinking water for 30 minutes each time and pour off the rinse water. Do not soak the filter in washing powder or detergent solution, press gently to remove dirt or dust, and do not rub to avoid changing the pore size of the filter material. Rinse the filter cloth 3 times in a bucket with potable water for 15 minutes each time and pour off the rinsing water. Rinse the filter cloth 2 times in a bucket with purified water for 15 minutes each time and let dry naturally. Iron the dried filter cloth with iron and put it into a clean plastic bag and set aside. Clean production area: wash the primary filter once when the pressure indication is ≥210Pa; wash the medium-effect filter once when the pressure indication is ≥250Pa. Clean management area: primary filter should be cleaned once when the pressure indication is ≥100Pa; the middle-effect filter should be cleaned once when the pressure indication is ≥100Pa. The primary and intermediate effect air filter cloths should be cleaned separately to avoid mixing with other items to avoid breakage or pollution. After the air filter cloth is replaced, the air conditioning system should be turned on and run for two hours before production. |
