Cleaning agent: Purified water and sterilized water can be used; disinfectant options include 0.1% chlormethionate, 0.51% 84 disinfectant, 35% phenol, 0.5% peracetic acid, and 0.05% chlormethionine ( Disinfectant), 75% ethanol solution, etc. These doses need to be prepared in accordance with cleaning agent and disinfectant management regulations. At the same time, the type of disinfectant needs to be changed every half month.
3. Cleaning Tools: Use a fiber-free rag and bucket for cleaning.
 Cleaning method:
(1) Clean the transfer window on the side with lower cleanliness level first.
(2) Use a rag to soak in purified water first, then wring it out, and wipe the four walls on the inside of the transfer window (including the air supply vent and return air vent), the outer frame and the handle.
(3) Wash the rag in purified water, wring it out, soak it in the disinfectant for at least 3 minutes, then wring it out and wipe the above parts of the transfer window.
(4) The outer door and handle of the transfer window must also be cleaned and disinfected in the same way.
(5) Cleaning, disinfection and storage of cleaning tools need to be carried out in accordance with cleaning agent and disinfectant management regulations.
(6) Inspection: After cleaning and disinfection are completed, the inspector will conduct an inspection. If the equipment passes the inspection, a "cleaned" status card will be affixed. If it is unqualified, it will be cleaned again by the staff on duty.
 Maintenance of delivery window:
1. The transfer window is a passage for items and cannot be used as a storage place for items.
2. After using the transfer window, the window should be closed immediately and the window should not be left open for too long.
3. When using the transfer window to transfer items, the capacity of the transfer window must not be exceeded each time to avoid squeezing the window and deforming it.
4. According to the "Standard Operating Procedures for Monitoring Ultraviolet Disinfection Effect", the disinfection effect of ultraviolet light needs to be tested regularly, and the ultraviolet radiation intensity is measured through the ultraviolet intensity test card to determine whether the ultraviolet lamp needs to be replaced.
5. If there is an abnormality in the transfer window, you should contact a professional for repair.
