Clean operating rooms should be carefully managed during construction

When a hospital builds a purified operating room, scientific management during the construction process is very important. Inadequate management will affect the future purification quality of the purified operating room. Therefore, purified operating rooms should achieve refined management during construction, and the management work should be institutionalized, formatted, and programmed, with an emphasis on execution.
    Construction plan.
Because clean operating rooms involve multiple disciplines, "one trigger affects the whole body." Before construction, the construction party must have an overall construction progress plan and a material procurement and arrival plan, and conduct rational analysis and adjustments according to the plan. After the adjustments are completed, the plan must be implemented strictly.
Construction according to the process.
During the construction of the purified operating room, the construction procedures should be strictly followed, the various pipelines in the suspended ceiling should be comprehensively arranged and rationally divided, and the pipelines that need to be buried should be considered in advance. In this way, it will not happen that the later process cannot be carried out and the process that has been completed in the early stage needs to be changed.
Focus on the skin-covered walls of the operating room.
There are various pipelines in the operating room's skin-covered wall, and the skin-covered wall plays a shielding role on these pipelines. However, once the pipeline fails, access to the jacket wall is required for repairs. The larger the space of the sandwich wall, the smaller the indoor space available for medical staff to use and place pendants and lockers. Therefore, in the operating room purification project, comprehensive considerations should be taken, and maintenance channels in the skinned walls should be reserved as much as possible while ensuring the convenience of staff.
The equipment floor should not be too crowded. There is purification equipment on the equipment floor. Like the sandwich wall, the equipment floor should not be too crowded to avoid inconvenience to equipment installation and future maintenance work. If the on-site environment is too crowded, maintenance access and operating space for maintenance personnel must be reserved during the construction of the purified operating room.
Invitation to use department on-site guidance.
Invite the user unit and department nurses to visit the site regularly and provide suggestions for modifications. Make timely modifications to the inconvenient areas found on site. This can reduce problems as much as possible and avoid unnecessary demolition and modification after completion.
