Clean air shower room air volume or air speed detection

Clean air shower room air volume or air speed detection

For unidirectional flow clean room, using room cross-section of the average wind speed and cross-sectional area of the product of the method to determine the air volume. From the filter 0.3m, perpendicular to the airflow cross-section as a sampling test cross-section, the cross-section on the measurement point spacing should not be greater than 0.6m, the number of measurement points should not be less than 5, to all the measurement points of wind speed readings of the arithmetic mean value as the average wind speed.
For a non-unidirectional flow clean room, use the air outlet method or duct method to determine the amount of air supply, the practice is as follows:
    (1) The air outlet method is measured at the air outlet where the filter is installed, and the auxiliary duct is connected according to the opening of the air outlet. That is, with galvanized steel or other non-dust-producing materials made and the beginning of the air outlet and the same cross-section, the length is equal to two times the length of the air outlet of the long side of the straight section of the pipe, connected to the outside of the air outlet. In the auxiliary duct outlet plane, according to the number of measurement points not less than 6 points evenly laid out, the use of hot ball anemometer to determine the wind speed of the measurement points. Then, multiply the average wind speed of the cross-section of the air outlet by the net cross-sectional area of the air outlet to obtain the measured air volume.
   (2) For the upwind side of the air outlet has a long branch pipe section, and has been or can be drilled, you can use the duct method to determine the air volume. The measurement section should be located in the part that is greater than or equal to 3 times the diameter or length of the pipe before the local resistance part and 5 times the diameter or length of the pipe after the local resistance part.
In the case of rectangular ducts, the measurement section is divided into several equal subsections. Each small section should be as close to the square as possible, the side length should not be more than 200mm, and the measurement point should be located in the center of the small section, but the number of measurement points on the whole section should not be less than 3.
For circular ducts, according to the size of the pipe diameter, the section should be divided into several concentric rings with the same area, and each ring should be measured at 4 points. The number of rings should be determined according to the pipe diameter, and should not be less than 3.
