Chemical fiber bag air filter

Product features:
1. Galvanized iron or aluminum alloy is used as the structural frame.
2. Each filter bag is fixed with a metal strip to increase strength and prevent the filter bag from breaking due to friction caused by wind shear at high wind speed.
3. Each filter bag has six spacers evenly distributed in the bag width to prevent the filter bag from over-expanding and shielding each other when subjected to wind pressure, reducing the effective filtration area and efficiency.
4. Each filter bag edge is fused by ultrasonic method, with good air tightness and bonding strength, without leakage or cracking.
5. It is made of ultra-fine synthetic fiber with a special weaving method to avoid the discomfort that the old glass fiber material may cause to the human body.
6. The filter material contains electrostatic fiber, which has a particularly good filtration efficiency for sub-micron dust, high dust capture capacity, high dust load, high air permeability, and long service life.
7. There are six kinds of bag filters with efficiencies of 35%, 45%, 65%, 85%, 95% and 98%, namely G4, F5, F6, F7, F8, and F9, to choose from.
