Characteristics of high-temperature resistant air filters

(I) Unique structural design
The high temperature-resistant air filter adopts a partition structure, in which the partition is corrugated. The high-temperature resistant air filter is made of high-temperature resistant materials. The outer frame is usually made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable and can withstand the test of a high temperature environment. The filter material is mainly glass fiber, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large dust-holding capacity, and long service life. The sealant uses high-temperature resistant silicone, and the sealing pad is glass fiber or silicone rubber to ensure the sealing of the filter in a high-temperature environment. The high temperature-resistant air filter has many performance advantages. At the same time, the resistance is small and the filtration efficiency is high, which can effectively capture 0.3um particle dust and various suspended matter. The air volume is large and the wind speed uniformity is good. The compact box structure makes the filter material and the outer frame tightly combined, and the partition filter material structure allows air to pass smoothly.
