Characteristics of clean sheds

Characteristics of clean sheds

(I) Structural characteristics
The frame of the clean shed is usually made of industrial aluminum (or stainless steel square tube, iron square tube sprayed), which is not only stable and reliable, but also has a beautiful appearance. It will not rust or generate dust in various environments, providing a solid foundation for the overall stability and cleanliness of the clean shed.
Anti-static curtains are an important part of the clean shed. They generally use a mesh material with a thickness of 0.3mm-0.5mm, which has a good anti-static effect and high transparency, allowing staff to observe the internal situation. The mesh is clear and flexible and is not easy to deform or age during use. It can effectively prevent the generation of dust and static electricity, providing good static protection for the clean shed.
The fan filter unit FFU is the core component for the clean shed to achieve high cleanliness. It uses a centrifugal fan with a long life, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, and stepless speed change. For example, some brands of fans have a working life of more than 50,000 hours. Coupled with the unique air duct design, the efficiency of the fan is greatly improved and the noise is reduced. The high-efficiency filter inside the FFU has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% (0.3um), which can effectively filter tiny particles in the air and ensure that the air delivered meets the high cleanliness requirements.
The interior uses a special purification lamp for the clean room, which does not produce dust, provides sufficient lighting for the clean room, and does not pollute the clean environment.
(II) Advantages and characteristics
The clean room can be used alone to meet the high cleanliness requirements of a small area; it can also be used in combination, and multiple connections form a strip-shaped clean area to adapt to production operations of different scales.
Compared with civil or prefabricated Class 100 clean rooms, clean rooms have low investment and quick results. In terms of cost, taking the clean room without considering the air conditioning system and purification equipment such as air shower rooms and transfer windows as an example, the cost of the clean room is about 40% - 60% of the cost of the dust-free workshop. It is easy to install, has a short construction period, and can be put into use quickly, saving time and cost for the enterprise.
Its modular structure is a major advantage. It is easy to improve the cleanliness level and can be expanded according to actual needs. With strong scalability and high reuse value, the layout and scale of the clean room can be flexibly adjusted when the production needs of the enterprise change.
Convenient mobility is also one of the notable features of the clean room. Universal wheels can be installed to easily adjust the position according to changes in the production process and adapt to different work scenarios.
