Briefly describe the problems in the operation of high-efficiency filters and the solutions

I. Problems with the equipment

1. Corrosion phenomenon: Because most of the internal parts of the equipment are made of ordinary carbon material, without effective surface anti-corrosion treatment, and after a long period of operation there must be different degrees of corrosion, the obvious performance is the appearance of a large amount of rust, sludge, etc. on the inner wall.

2. Uneven air distribution: As the equipment's air distribution pipe is also made of carbon steel, and the air holes are drilled and perforated structure, the protection measures are not perfect, it is easy to corrosion, and with the increase of corrosion area, making the original air holes gradually shrink or even blockage phenomenon, reducing the decontamination effect of the equipment.

3. Serious pollution: Due to the long-term immersion of high-efficiency equipment, the organic matter contained in the water also accumulates in the equipment, making the filter media contaminated, resulting in poor filtration accuracy of the equipment, and affecting the water quality.

4. Equipment aging: especially after a long time of use of the equipment, the internal components have been aging phenomenon, is also difficult to ensure the accuracy of filtration of a factor.

5. Structural problems: some equipment in the design of the selection of materials is not very perfect, such as the selection of thin materials, insufficient strength, etc., so that the equipment can not withstand the pressure of operation, resulting in the phenomenon of deformation.

II. The solution of the equipment

According to the above series of problems, our professionals also after a long time of research, to find a few effective solutions, hurry up and take a look at it.

1. Remove the damaged filter media: remove part of the damaged filter media inside the equipment and replace it with brand new filter media, of course, for other parts as well, in order to maintain the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Do anti-corrosion measures: Do anti-corrosion measures for some easy-to-corrode parts, first of all, for the inner wall of the equipment to be polished, followed by the use of anti-corrosion technology to prevent the filter media from being contaminated.

3. Replace the air distribution tube: according to the situation, use a new air distribution tube, using high-quality materials, not easy to corrosion, not easy to block the air holes, to ensure that the distribution of water is even.

4. Replace the parts: replace the parts of the equipment that cannot adapt to the production needs and ensure normal operation.

5. Replace the deformed orifice plate: In order to improve the strength of the orifice plate in the equipment, you can increase the thickness by about 20mm on top of it in time, so that it can effectively solve the deformation of the orifice plate easily when the pressure difference of the equipment is too large.
