    The brewery found that to protect its draft beer, it had to control environmental contamination during the filling operation. It has become a development trend to use air showers for closed filling operations, install HEPA filters on the ceiling, and have holes in the floor. In addition to the renovation of the filling workshop, an air shower room was also added outside the production workshop. Originally, our workers had to wash their hands and feet before entering the production workshop. In the future, they will have to go through the air shower area to bathe in the wind. to enter.
    Since it is fully automated and each beer production workshop is sealed, everyone can only look in through the visiting passage. There are only a few workers in each processing workshop. They wear white air shower clothing and shuttle flexibly between the machine and the chopping board. The entire beer production process must be carried out in a sterile air shower environment, so the production workshops are sealed.
    In beer, sensory properties such as aroma style and freshness can be improved. It can also improve the stability of most products and extend their storage period. When used for juice, it avoids long-term high-temperature treatment like the pipeline pasteurization method, so there is no loss of nutrients. As a result, sensory properties such as aroma, taste, and color are improved.
