Basic requirements for the production of high efficiency filters(2)

I. Separators 
Separators for filters with dividers can be made of aluminum foil, plastic sheets, offset printing paper, etc.; dividers for filters without dividers can be made of hot melt adhesive, glass fiber paper tape, flame retardant wire, etc. The material of the partition of high-efficiency and super high-efficiency filters should meet the requirements. 
1. Aluminium foil should comply with the requirements of GB / T 3198. 
2. When using paper separators, paper separators or 120-impregnated surfaces can be used. 
3. When using plastic separators, the heat resistance should not be less than 500.

II. Adhesives and sealants 
The adhesive is used to splice and repair the filter material and to bond the gasket and frame together and should have a higher shear and tensile strength than the filter material. The sealant is used to seal filter elements and frames. It should be able to cure at room temperature and pressure and ensure that the filter will not crack, delaminate and be flexible when operating at 10 times the initial resistance. The fire resistance of the adhesive and sealant should meet the performance requirements of similar filters. The degassing properties of the adhesive and sealant should meet the customer's requirements when there are special requirements for degassing of organic matter in the filter product.

III. Gasket 
1. the gasket shall be made of a resilient closed-cell material that is not easily ageable 
2. The hardness of the gasket (tested with a Shore hardness W hardness tester) is 33±2 and the permanent deformation in compression is less than 60% (40% at 130°C24). 
3. If there are special requirements for the degassing performance of organic matter in the filter product, the degassing performance of the gasket should meet the requirements.

IV. Protective mesh 
Stainless steel stretch plate mesh, perforated sheet, spot welded galvanized wire mesh, spot welded stainless steel wire mesh, or sprayed expanded metal mesh can be used.
