Bag filter resistance and primary high efficiency data

The initial resistance is the initial resistance of the filter in the clean state, and the final resistance is the resistance of the filter at the end of its life. The end of life is based on the pressure difference or pressure drop value specified in the standard or agreed by both parties and the calculated resistance, which is based on the mathematical model or the resistance value calculated according to the empirical formula based on the material and so on at the time of design, is generally used for reference only.

Recommended initial resistance (Pa) for primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency air filtration:
G3(Primary effect) 30~40Pa;
G4(Primary effect) 40~50Pa;
F5~F6(Intermediate effect) 70~90Pa;
F7~F8(high medium efficiency) 70~90Pa;
F9~H11(sub-efficient) 110~150Pa;
H13 (high efficiency) 180~300Pa;
(The above values should not be too large, can choose the average value)

Suggested final resistance of primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency air filtration (Pa):
G3 (primary effect) 100~200Pa;
G4 (primary effect) 150~250Pa;
F5~F6(Intermediate effect) 250~300Pa;
F7~F8(high middle effect) 300~400Pa;
F9~H11(sub-efficient) 400~450Pa;
H13 (high efficiency) 400~600Pa;
(The above values should not be too large, the average value can be selected)

The resistance of the new filter (under the lowest wind speed) is called "initial resistance", and the resistance of the corresponding filter at the time of scrapping is called "final resistance", in most cases, the final resistance is the initial resistance, and the resistance value under the rated air volume and its air volume is generally the average value.
