The following are the specific operation steps for the sterile clean bench.When using the clean bench, switch on the machine 30 minutes in advance, press the power button, check the settings of the relevant parameters and the working status of the equipment, press the ultraviolet lamp key to open the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and clean the surface of the operating area. After sterilization, the instrument should be switched off for 30 minutes to avoid irritation to the operator. Personnel operating the clean bench should wear disposable masks, hats, and medical latex gloves. (Note: Wash hands and nails before wearing gloves. If the nails are too long, trim them appropriately, and do not puncture the medical latex gloves). Throughout the operation of the clean bench, the experimenter should comply with the aseptic operation procedures. After the work is finished, clean the bench with 75% alcohol, turn off the blower, turn on the ultraviolet lamp to sterilize for 15 minutes, and then turn off the power. After use, fill in the use record. Use and maintenance of clean bench should pay attention to the problem (1) Throughout the experimental process, the experimenter should operate by the aseptic operating procedures. (2) Ultraviolet light is very irritating to human skin and retina. Note that the UV lamp shall be switched off when people enter the buffer room. The penetration of ultraviolet light is very weak and can be completely blocked by ordinary glass. Oxygen will produce ozone under UV light, and ozone will irritate the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, so wait for some time before carrying out the test operation. (3) When the clean bench air filtration performance is problematic or the use of time accumulated to a certain length of time, the operation should be stopped promptly, report the status of the equipment, replacement or repair of the filter. |
