1. Petrochemical industry
Different production industries have different requirements for air quality, but factories equipped with fume hoods and pollution control equipment in the petrochemical industry especially need to supplement a large amount of fresh air. If the air in its production is polluted, it should be filtered and purified with special equipment. In today's domestic air filter market, equipment using glass fiber as the filter medium still occupies a dominant position, but the production technology of the same membrane is also constantly improving, and the performance is gradually improving in use.
The production of catalysts in the petrochemical industry is highly valued, and our domestic production lines use the production of semi-synthetic cracking catalysts, in which water washing is the main process for separating and washing the finished catalyst products. High-efficiency filter equipment is generally used. After treatment, the solid content of the slurry is about 10%-15%, the production capacity is increased to 2.5t/h, and the moisture content of the filter cake is 50%-55%, which can meet the production needs of the catalyst.
The application of bag filter equipment in the petrochemical industry is developing rapidly. Generally, the production capacity for calcium sulfate can reach more than 1000kg/m2, the moisture content of the filter cake is about 25%, and the secondary countercurrent washing method is adopted, and the washing efficiency is as high as 99%. When the equipment is used for dicalcium phosphate filtration, the moisture content of the filter cake is usually about 40%. When used in the potash fertilizer industry, the concentration of the slurry is 27%-37%, the solid processing capacity is ≥0.8t/m, and the moisture content of the filter cake is less than 12%.
2. Pure water treatment industry
In the development of the water industry today, water treatment is the core content of development. Everyone knows that the current water resources are facing a severe situation worldwide. Therefore, this is also an era of rapid development of various treatment technologies. What we need to do is combine the characteristics of various water treatment technologies and develop and produce a complete set of special filtering equipment. This is the fundamental guarantee to meet the current water quality needs.
The bag air filter we are going to talk about today is such a device. It occupies a dominant position in various pure water treatment processes. It is generally used in mineral water, pure water processes, swimming pools, and other processes to purify water quality. Because this equipment uses activated carbon as the filter material, it has the functions of deodorization, deodorization, and removal of chloride ions. The shell of the equipment is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. According to different processes, it is divided into tank type and tube type.
The tank-type equipment directly uses activated carbon particles as the filter material, and the quartz sand material is laid underneath. The characteristic is that the water output efficiency is relatively high, but the regeneration process is relatively troublesome; while the tube-type equipment is made by adding activated carbon particles to the binder and sintering them after heating. It is more convenient to use and regenerate.
In general pure water treatment systems, and filtering equipment occupy a dominant position. For example, the pretreatment system of pure water machines is generally composed of polypropylene fiber filters and activated carbon filters. The PP filter element can effectively remove particulate impurities, rust, colloids, and other pollutants above 5 microns in the raw water, and plays a role in protecting other equipment in the system. In addition, it has the characteristics of a large pollution holding capacity and low price. It is also very convenient to use, effectively improving the recycling rate of water.
