Analysis of two different performance purification equipment systems

I. Clean room air supply system


1. The centralized air supply method generally involves the use of multiple large fresh air treatment units and purification circulation units, which are set up centrally in the air conditioning room, and the air conditioning units can be set up on the side or top of the clean room.
After appropriate temperature and humidity treatment and filtration, the air is pressurized by centrifugal or axial fans and sent through the ducts into the static pressure box, after which it is filtered by high-efficiency air filters or ultra-high efficiency air filters and then sent into the clean room.


2. The return air in the system goes through the grille floor system and flows into the return air static pressure box, after which it returns to the purification circulation system so that it runs in repeated cycles, and when the main fan stops running and the duty fan is put into operation, the clean room should always maintain a positive pressure to ensure that the cleanliness of the room does not change too much.


The air supply to the tunnel clean room is usually divided into two areas: the core production area and the maintenance area.
The core production area mainly requires high cleanliness and strict temperature and humidity control and is generally set up in a one-way flow air supply area.


II. Decentralised clean system


1. We generally design local purification devices in a centralized air-conditioned environment, such as isolation devices, air self-cleaners, laminar flow hoods, clean benches, etc.
These can be combined to form a decentralized air supply clean system, which can also be called a semi-centralized clean system.


2. Also in the decentralized air conditioning air supply environment can be designed local purification devices, such as high-efficiency air filter air supply, fan unit, clean small room, etc., thus forming a decentralized air supply clean system.
