Aluminum frame folding filter maintenance and care(I) Regular replacementGenerally speaking, the replacement cycle of aluminum frame folding filters needs to be determined according to the cleanliness of the environment. Under normal circumstances, the replacement cycle is 1-6 months. In an environment with a high frequency of use and high dust production in the workshop, such as some industrial production workshops, it may be necessary to replace it once a month; in relatively clean places with a low frequency of use, such as ordinary office areas, the replacement cycle can be extended to 3-6 months. The specific replacement time needs to be judged in combination with the actual situation. When the resistance value of the filter is greater than a certain value, or the airflow velocity on the air outlet surface drops to the limit, a new filter must be replaced in time to ensure the filtering effect. (II) Cleaning method When cleaning the aluminum frame folding filter, you need to follow the correct method and precautions. First, be careful when removing the filter to avoid damage. If the filter material is intact, it can be cleaned with detergent or water recommended by the manufacturer. Soak the filter material in detergent or water for about thirty minutes, then pat it gently, and do not rub it or scrub it with a brush. After cleaning, spin dry and dry in the shade. It should be noted that the filter can only be cleaned twice at most, and the filtration efficiency will decrease by 15% after each cleaning. For places with high cleanliness requirements, cleaning is not recommended. (III) Cleanliness detection To ensure the filtering effect of the aluminum frame folding filter, the cleanliness of the purification area should be measured regularly. Generally, a dust particle counter is used for measurement once every two months. When the measured cleanliness does not meet the required cleanliness, the cause should be found out, such as whether there is a leak, whether it is invalid, etc. If the filter has failed, a new filter should be replaced in time. During the inspection, it is necessary to make sure that the test adjustment and balance of the air conditioning system have been completed, the wind speed and leakage tests of the filter have been completed, and the damaged parts have been repaired. At the same time, confirm the test location and the number of test points. The sampling time should vary according to the grade and particle size. If the sampling time is less than one minute, it shall be based on one minute. The test locations should be evenly distributed in the dust-free room, avoiding the vicinity of a large number of particles, and the detection instrument should be supported by an appropriate stand, not handheld support. |
