Before entering the air shower: After changing clothes and shoes, confirm whether the air shower is idle through the air shower window and indicator light; if the air shower is in working condition, be sure to open the air shower door forcefully to avoid entering the air shower. If the air shower door lock is damaged, you can only enter after the air shower is finished and people in the room leave, and it closes automatically after about two seconds. 2. After entering the air shower room: go straight through the photoelectric sensor and start showering. Please lift your hands in the room and rotate 360 degrees to shower; 3. After showering: After the air shower fan stops operating, open the door and leave the air shower room two seconds later. During the air shower process, both the front and rear doors of the air shower room are locked. Do not force them open by internal personnel to avoid damaging the interlocking device and door lock. In case of emergency, please press the emergency stop switch and the air shower room will stop working. The entrance and exit doors can be opened at will. During the idle period, the air shower entrance and exit doors are in an electronic interlocking state. Only one side of the entrance and exit door can be opened, please do not force it open. In addition to selecting good products, the performance stability of the air shower room is more important than maintenance. The fully automatic air shower room has been strictly tested when the product leaves the factory, and various usage parameters have been determined during the installation and debugging process. Therefore, we usually only need to operate and maintain according to the instruction manual. If there is a fault, it is best to troubleshoot it through the manufacturer. 1. Depending on the cleanliness of the environment, replace the filter regularly (initial effect is generally 1 to 3 months, and the initial effect can be cleaned; high efficiency is generally 6 to 12 months). 2. Regularly (usually once every two months) use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the cleanliness area or area where this product is used for purification. When the measured cleanliness does not match the required cleanliness, the reason should be identified (whether there is leakage, Whether the high-efficiency filter has failed, etc.) If the high-efficiency filter has failed, it should be replaced with a new high-efficiency filter. 3. When replacing the high-efficiency filter and primary filter, the machine should be shut down. 4. The sticky mats inside and outside the air shower room need to be replaced in time, once a day before employees enter the workshop, about four times a day. |
