1. Material and structure

2. Control system

3. Wind speed
 
Adjustment within the range. The results show that when the wind speed is greater than 20m/s, the dust removal efficiency is close to the high value, and with the increase of wind speed, the change range is small; in the same wind speed, the larger the particle size, the better the dust removal effect. Because the air shower room is located between the clean area and non-clean area, frequent use, the resistance of the filter screen rises rapidly. Therefore, although the initial wind speed of most air shower rooms is above 20m/s and can pass the acceptance test, after using it for some time, the wind speed will be reduced, and the dust removal efficiency will drop sharply. Therefore, the initial wind speed of the new air shower room should not be less than 25m/s. 
 
4. Nozzle
 
Nozzles are generally arranged on both sides of the air shower room, and every 6 nozzles are connected to one side. Adjustable nozzle direction is better than fixed nozzle direction. This is because when the high wind speed blows over the surface of the object, it will directly take away the dust on the surface of the object. If dust is strongly attached to the surface of an object, or if dust is attached to the seams of a fabric, the dust removal effect of high-speed air blowing directly onto the surface of the object will be poor, especially if the dust seeps into the seams of the fabric. Therefore, to make the clothes vibrate, it is good to blow air at a certain angle to the surface of the clothes, usually 30-60 degrees.
