Air shower room automatic control system manual

I. Overview

The air shower room automatic control system is mainly used for the automatic control of air shower rooms, cargo shower rooms, and air shower channels. It can automatically realize the functions of interlocking and unlocking the inner and outer doors; starting and stopping lighting; automatic human body induction and starting and stopping fans.
The product has relevant voice prompts during the automatic process and has flexible functions such as wind shower time, the delay time for unlocking the front and rear doors, and an adjustable delay time for lighting.

II. Schematic diagram of the motherboard control panel and description of the keys

Air shower room control panel button description:

1.Emergency stop button: Whenever the emergency stop button is pressed, the red emergency stop indicator lights up and automatically disconnects all outputs except lighting, when pressed again, the system returns to its initial state.
This button is mainly used when the inner and outer doors cannot be unlocked, when the air shower cannot be automatically closed and when another maintenance is required.

2.Air shower button: After the internal and external doors have been closed press the manual button and the system will be transferred to the air shower process. This button is mainly used when the door magnet, infrared failure, or fan maintenance and repair.

3.Lighting button: Use the "lighting" button to switch on and off the lighting in the air shower room. This button is mainly used when the door magnetism is out of order or when the lamps are overhauled.

4.Up and down adjustment keys: Before or after the start of the air shower, the air shower delay time is adjusted by the up and down adjustment keys; adjustments or options are made when entering the internal parameter settings.

Conventional air shower room workflow:

1.Entering the clean zone:

1.1  When the person entering the clean area opens the outer door, the electric lock of the inner door is automatically locked to prevent the unpurified air in the air         shower room from flowing into the clean area, the lighting of the air shower room lights up, and the work indicator outside the door lights up.

1.2  After entering the air shower room and closing the outer door, the voice prompts: "Hello, please stand in the induction area". The system infrared probe begins         to detect whether there is someone, if someone is detected, the system is transferred to the air shower process.

1.3  The internal and external doors are locked before the air shower, the fan starts to start the air shower, and at the same time, the air shower countdown begins.           Voice prompt: "Working, please turn the body 360 degrees".

1.4  If the system does not detect someone in the air shower room within the specified time after the outer door is closed, return to the standby state.

1.5  In the process of air showering, when someone presses the upward adjustment, downward adjustment, and lighting switch, the voice will prompt: "is working,           please do not touch the switch".

1.6  When someone presses the emergency stop switch during the air shower, the air shower will end. Press the emergency stop button again to cancel the                       emergency stop state.

1.7  When the air shower is finished, the inner door is unlocked and the voice prompts: "The blowing shower is finished, please exit through the back door".

1.8  After the person has exited the air shower room and closed the inner door, the system returns to its initial state and waits for the next use.

1.9  If the air shower is completed, the inner door is unlocked. If the person inside does not leave the air shower room at the specified time, the system defaults that         the person may have left and automatically returns to the standby state.

1.10 After the lighting is illuminated and is not triggered again within the specified time, it is automatically extinguished.

2.Leaving the clean area:
2.1 
Open the inner door, the outer door is electrically locked and self-locking, the air shower room lighting is on and the work indicator is on.

2.2 People into the air shower room, close the inner door, and the system began to detect whether there is someone in the air shower room, such as the detection          of no one within the specified time, the inner and outer doors unlocked.

2.4 In case of special circumstances, personnel can choose to return to the clean area, the system waiting for personnel to open the inner door, and the outer door          on the power self-locking, when closed the inner door is, the system returns to the initial state.

2.5 After the outer door is opened, if no one is detected within the specified time, if the outer door is opened first at this time, the system is transferred to the clean        zone process; if the inner door is opened first at this time, the system is transferred to the process of leaving the clean zone.

2.6 After the lighting is lit, if it is not triggered again within the set time, it will automatically go out.

Air shower room indicator and digital tube display instructions:
1.Wind shower countdown: double-bit red digital tube display, used to display the set value of the wind shower time and the remaining time of the wind shower
when working when setting the menu, used for menu parameters display.

2.Wind shower light: this light indicates that the air shower fan has been automatically or manually started.

3.Emergency stop light: this light is on to indicate that the system is in an emergency stop state.

4.illumination light: this light comes on when the illumination is activated and can be switched off or on according to the bright key.

III.Sub-board wiring diagram input and output terminal interface description

Strong power input interface

Power supply: 220VAC (silkscreen mark 220V AC IN)

Power output interface
Fan: 1A 220VAC (connect to AC contactor coil, silkscreen mark for fan relay)
Lighting: 1A 220VAC (if more lamps can be connected to the intermediate relay, silkscreen mark for the lighting indicator)
Work instructions: 1A 220VAC (silkscreen mark for work indicator)
Power indication: 1A 220VAC (silkscreen mark for power indicator)

Weak power input interface
Inner door magnetic switch: Passive contact (silkscreen mark for inner door magnetic)

External door magnetic switch: passive contact (silkscreen mark for external door magnet)

Weak electrical output interface
Infrared switch power supply: 12VDC (silkscreen marked 12V GO)

External door electric lock: 600mA DC12V (external door electric lock)

Inner door electric lock: 600mA DC12V (inner door electric lock)

IV. Operating instructions
Air shower room working parameters setting
:

1.Air shower time setting: before the start or after the end of the air shower, directly through the upper and lower adjustment keys can change the air shower delay time, the adjustment range 2-60 seconds, and by the double digital tube display, the end of the adjustment 5 seconds, the system automatically saves the parameter
value.

2.Wind shower finished outside door unlock delay time setting (TI): press the emergency stop key for 20 seconds continuously, the system enters the internal parameter setting, digital tube display: TI, and then press the up or down key to view the wind shower finished outside door unlock delay time, the unit is seconds, press the up or down key to adjust within 0-60 seconds, wind shower key to confirm and enter the next option, five seconds without key trigger system to save the parameters to exit the setting.

3.Wind shower after the inner door unlocking delay time setting (TO): After completing the outer door setting, press the wind shower key again within five seconds to enter the wind shower after the inner door unlocking delay time setting (TO), through the upper or lower adjustment key can view and adjust the time within 0-60 seconds.
Press the wind shower key to confirm and enter the next option, no key within five seconds to trigger the system to save the parameters to exit the setting.

4.Internal and external door interlock time delay setting (TC): After completing the internal door setting, press the air shower key again within five seconds to enter the internal and external door interlock time delay setting (TC), through the upper and lower adjustment keys you can view and adjust the internal and external door interlock time delay within 0-60 seconds.
Press the air shower key to confirm and enter the next option, no key within five seconds to trigger the system to save the parameters to exit the setting.

5.Lighting delay time setting (TL): After completing the internal and external door interlock settings, press the air shower key again within five seconds to enter the lighting delay time setting (TL), through the up and down adjustment keys you can view and adjust the lighting delay time off within 0-60 minutes.
Press the wind shower key to confirm and enter the next option, no key within five seconds to trigger the system to save the parameters to exit the setting.

6.Program selection setting (TD): After completing the lighting setting, press the air shower key again within five seconds to enter the program selection setting (TD), through the upper and lower adjustment keys you can view and select the program in 00-02. 00: normal air shower program, 01: with the door without induction program, 02: with induction without door program.
Press the wind shower key to confirm and enter the next option, five seconds without a key trigger system to save the parameters to exit the setting.

7.Internal and external door interchange setting (TN): After completing the program selection setting, press the air shower key again within five seconds to enter the internal and external door interchange setting (TN), through the upper and lower adjustment keys you can view and select the program in 00-01. 00: normal, 01: interchange.
Press the air shower key to confirm and enter the next option, no key is pressed within five seconds to trigger the system to save the parameters and exit the setting.

V. Notes on use.
1.Product opening size: L x W = 245 x 125 (MM)

2.The door magnetic switch used in the product requires: contact closure when closing the door, and contact break when opening the door.

3.The infrared sensor switch used in the product requires 220VAC or 12VDC power supply, contact break when no one is there, and contact close when someone is there.

4.The electric lock used in the product requires: a 12VDC power supply, 600MA or less current, and note that no external diode (circuit board has been brought).

5.Due to the limitations of the circuit board, it is recommended that the interface terminals are not connected to equipment larger than 100W, such as fans with more power or more light panels can be transferred via AC contactors and intermediate relays.

Description of the power supply conversion board:
1. The weight of the product is three times less than the original product after switching to a switching power supply. (Reduce transport collision damage components).

2. 80-250VAC wide voltage input: (improved the old product circuit low voltage may lead to non-working, high voltage when burning transformer problems).

3. 380VAC over-voltage protection: (when connected to the wrong 380V power supply into the circuit board, this circuit automatically powers off protection, restores normal, and then automatically works normally, will not burn the circuit board, and reduce after-sales service.).

4. Output DC voltage 12.VDC stable output: (the original transformer output DC voltage 12-18VDC fluctuates greatly, because the electric lock, the relay on the circuit board is rated to work 12VDC, the unstable voltage will lead to component heating or unstable work and will affect its working life.

5. Output voltage short circuit automatic protection function: when the external 12VDC short circuit is, the circuit automatically protects, no matter how long the short circuit is, no impact on the circuit, and when the short circuit is removed automatically back to normal. (Old products such as short-circuit, a few seconds will burn the transformer or other components)
