Advantages of liquid HEPA box(I) Compact structureThe liquid hepa box consists of four parts: static pressure box, diffuser plate, high-efficiency filter, and flange. The overall design is reasonable and occupies little space. The box body is mainly welded with cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed. It is not only corrosion-resistant but also beautiful. The diffuser plate is fixed with fixing bolts, which are easy to install and disassemble and suitable for various installation environments. (II) Reliable performance The liquid tank air outlet generally refers to a filter with a capture efficiency of more than 99.99% for particles with a particle size greater than or equal to 0.3um. It can effectively remove harmful substances such as particulate matter, bacteria, and viruses in the air and meet the high-standard purification requirements of clean rooms. The high-efficiency filter it is equipped with has stable performance, and the filter pressing design makes it simple and quick to replace the filter without dismantling the entire air supply system, ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of the equipment. (III) Strong ventilation The liquid tank air outlet has good ventilation performance. The top air supply can be welded with a flow equalizer at the air inlet to make the static pressure in the box more uniform and the wind speed on the air outlet surface of the filter more uniform. Whether it is a side air supply or top air supply, it can ensure that the air obtains the ideal static pressure before passing through the high-efficiency filter, so that the high-efficiency filter can be used reasonably. (IV) Easy installation The liquid HEPA box is easy to install. Fix the air outlet on the ceiling and connect the air duct. During the installation process, no complicated operation is required, and there are two options for the interface with the air duct: side connection and top connection, which can be flexibly installed according to the actual situation. (V) Simple maintenance The daily maintenance of the liquid HEPA box is relatively simple. Check the sealing performance of the air outlet regularly and replace the damaged sealing material in time. Replace the high-efficiency filter as needed to ensure the quality of the air supply. The rotating block design facilitates the safe and quick replacement of the filter; the liquid tank seal ensures that there is no leakage when replacing the filter. (VI) Liquid tank seal design enhances sealing The liquid tank seal design is a major feature of the liquid tank air outlet. The liquid tank air outlet adopts a knife-edge type inserted into the jelly glue of the liquid tank filter to achieve sealing, avoiding the leakage of air supply from the installation gap, and can pass the DOP dust integrity test at one time. The sealant groove is nested with the knife edge around the box to form an airtight seal, and the sealant will not stick to the box when replacing the filter, effectively preventing air leakage and ensuring the stability of air supply quality. It comes with a PAO dust outlet and concentration sampling port to meet the requirements of the new version of GMP-E specifications. |
