Activated carbon adsorption chamber
Activated carbon adsorption chamberThe following is a detailed introduction to the activated carbon adsorption box:Working principle Adsorption process: Using the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon surface, when the exhaust gas enters the adsorption box under the action of the fan and passes through the activated carbon layer, due to the unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical bond force on the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, the pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, to separate from the gas mixture to achieve purification, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude. Diffusion process: After the pollutant molecules are adsorbed to the surface of the activated carbon, they are diffused in the micropore structure inside the activated carbon, allowing the pollutant molecules to more fully contact the surface of the activated carbon and further improving the adsorption effect. Saturation process: As adsorption progresses, the adsorption site on the surface of the activated carbon gradually fills with pollutant molecules, and the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon adsorption box gradually weakens until it reaches the saturated state, at which time the activated carbon needs to be regenerated or replaced. Regeneration process: The common regeneration method is thermal regeneration, that is, the activated carbon is exposed to a high temperature of about 300℃, which destroys the adsorption force of pollutants and activated carbon and causes the volatilization of pollutants. Cold regeneration is to restore adsorption capacity by controlling gas flow rate and composition so that the pollutants on the surface of activated carbon are vaporized at a lower temperature. Structural design Box: usually made of strong materials such as galvanized steel, stainless steel, glass steel, etc., with good sealing, to prevent exhaust gas leakage, while equipped with easy-to-open and close inspection doors, convenient for internal inspection, maintenance, and replacement of activated carbon. Activated carbon adsorption unit: The general use of layered drawer type installation, easy to remove and replace activated carbon from the inspection door on both sides, can choose different materials of the frame to carry activated carbon, such as PP sheet material, galvanized steel plate and so on. Inlet (outlet) airport: The flange-type interface can be easily connected to the ventilation pipe, which can be set on the top or side of the box according to actual needs, and the size, position, and direction can be arranged according to the user's environmental requirements. Base frame: made of hot-dip galvanized channel steel, it can ensure the requirements of equipment installation and transportation, and ensure the stability of the entire adsorption box. Performance characteristics High adsorption efficiency: The use of an activated carbon-rich porous structure and huge specific surface area, has a strong adsorption capacity for a variety of harmful gases and odors, and purification efficiency can reach more than 95%. Wide range of applications: can deal with a variety of complex waste gas compositions, can be used to deal with benzene, ketone, alcohol, ether, alkane, and its mixed organic waste gas, as well as acid waste gas, alkaline waste gas, suitable for the chemical industry, machinery, electronics, painting, rubber, plastics, printing, and many other industries. Simple maintenance and management: the purification unit adopts a separate drawer structure, and the activated carbon is easy to install, maintain, and clean. Only regular inspection and replacement of activated carbon can ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Compact structure: small footprint, flexible installation according to the actual site conditions, indoor and outdoor use. Low operating cost: Automatic control operation design, easy operation, safety, and low energy consumption, while activated carbon renewable utilization, reduces the operating cost. Application field Industrial waste gas treatment: In chemical, pharmaceutical, coating, printing, electronics, automobile manufacturing, and other industries, used to deal with organic waste gas, harmful gases, and odorous gases generated in the production process, reduce pollution to the environment, and protect the health of employees. Sewage treatment: It can be used for in-depth treatment of sewage treatment plants to remove pollutants such as chroma, odor, and organic matter in water and improve water quality. Indoor air purification: widely used in homes, offices, hospitals, schools, and other places, to remove decoration pollution, formaldehyde, benzene, TVOCs, and other harmful substances, and improve indoor air quality. Oil and gas storage and transportation: In the oil and gas industry, volatile oil and gas (VOCs) can be effectively recovered during storage and transportation, reducing resource waste and safety hazards. |
