working principle:
    1. Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is implemented mechanically. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
    ⒉ Electronic interlocking device: Internal integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. are used to achieve interlocking. When one of the doors is opened, the door opening indicator light of the other door does not light up, indicating that the door cannot be opened. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the other door starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
Instructions:
    1. Materials entering and exiting the clean area must be strictly separated from the pedestrian flow channel and must enter and exit through the dedicated material channel in the production workshop.
    2 When the materials enter, the raw and auxiliary materials will be unpacked or cleaned by the person in charge of the preparation team process, and then sent to the temporary storage room of raw and auxiliary materials in the workshop through the transfer window; the inner packaging materials will be removed from the outer packaging in the temporary storage room. The delivery window leads to the inner private room. The workshop general manager handles the handover of materials with the person in charge of the preparation and inner packaging processes.
    3. When passing through the transfer window, the regulations of "one open and one closed" for the inner and outer doors of the transfer window must be strictly implemented. The two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Open the outer door to put the materials in, then close the door, then open the inner door to take out the materials, close the door, and so on.
    4. When materials in the clean area are sent out, the materials should be transported to the relevant material intermediate station first and then moved out of the clean area according to the reverse procedure when the materials enter.
    5 All semi-finished products shipped out from the clean area need to be sent from the transfer window to the outer temporary storage room and then transferred to the outer packaging room through the logistics channel.
    6 Materials and wastes that are highly likely to cause pollution should be transported to non-clean areas through their dedicated transfer windows.
    7. After the materials come in and out, the site and transfer window of each cleaning room or intermediate station should be cleaned in time, the internal and external passage doors of the transfer window should be closed, and cleaning and disinfection should be carried out.
Function:
    To reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by the entry and exit of goods, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter in the air shower transfer window is sprayed onto the goods from all directions by rotatable nozzles, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. Operating specifications:
    1. Use 0.5% peracetic acid or 5% iodophor solution to wipe the items to be transferred.
    2. Open the side door outside the transfer window, quickly place the items to be transferred, disinfect the transfer window with 0.5% peracetic acid spray, and close the side door outside the transfer window.
    3. Turn on the ultraviolet lamp in the transfer window, and irradiate the items to be transferred with ultraviolet light for no less than 15 minutes.
    4. Notify the experimenter or staff in the barrier system to open the inner door of the transfer window and take out the items.
    5. Close the inner door of the transfer window.
