When using 250℃ red high-temperature silicone and 350-400℃ black high-temperature inorganic glue, due to the poor fluidity of the glue, the actual filtration efficiency of the 250℃H13 high-temperature resistant filter is between H12-H13; the actual filtration efficiency of the 350-400℃H13 high-temperature high-efficiency filter is between H11-H12. This is because the organic silicone and inorganic glue used in the high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter are cured from the surface to the inside, and the thicker the injection height, the more difficult it is to cure. If an incompletely cured high-temperature and high-efficiency filter is directly installed on a high-temperature device for normal use, it will cause the high-temperature glue to crack, expand, and the glue to detach from the outer frame.
In order to ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter, we can take some measures. For example, before use, let the filter stand for 7 days before normal use, or in the case of urgent installation, first slowly heat it to 100°C in the high-temperature equipment, and then keep it at a constant temperature for 2 hours before stopping and cooling. This allows the glue to fully solidify and ensures that the filter's filtration efficiency is stable at a high level.
