Performance characteristics of paper frame air filters

Performance characteristics of paper frame air filters

Filtration efficiency: The filtration efficiency of paper frame air filters varies depending on factors such as the material and density of the filter paper. Generally speaking, the filtration efficiency for larger particles (such as particles larger than 5 microns) can reach a higher level, effectively removing common impurities such as dust and hair from the air.
Resistance characteristics: It has a low initial resistance, which allows air to pass through the filter more smoothly. However, as particulate matter accumulates during the filtration process, the resistance will gradually increase. Therefore, it needs to be replaced or cleaned regularly (if washable) to maintain its good ventilation performance.
Cost advantage: Compared with some high-end filters with metal or plastic frames, paper-frame air filters have a lower production cost. This makes them very attractive in some cost-sensitive application scenarios.
