The service life of a high-temperature air filter is affected by many factors. There is no fixed standard lifespan, which is generally around 1 to 5 years. The following are some factors that affect its service life:
1. Quality of filter materials: High-quality filter materials can withstand high temperatures are not easily damaged, and have a relatively long service life. For example, a high-temperature air filter made of high-quality materials such as ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper has a good filtering effect and strong durability.
2. Manufacturing process: Filters with sophisticated manufacturing processes have a strong structure and good sealing, which can ensure good performance during long-term use. Filters like those using the eight-knife folding process have a more stable structure and help extend their service life.
3. The temperature of the use environment: Although it is a high-temperature air filter, if it is in an environment with ultra-high temperature or large temperature fluctuations for a long time, the aging speed of the material will accelerate, thereby shortening its service life. Different high-temperature filters have different temperature resistance ranges. For example, some can withstand temperatures of 180℃-350℃.
